Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from confirmation. All orders are subject to legal age verification for the purchase of alcohol. If age cannot be verified, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and the weight of the purchased items. Final shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

ALCOHOL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Levante Spirits S.r.l. complies with all legal regulations regarding the sale and shipment of alcohol. We do not ship to countries, states or regions where alcohol delivery is prohibited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before placing an order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination. Domestic shipments typically take 3 to 5 business days, while international shipments may take up to 15 business days.

SECURE PACKAGING

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service immediately.

AGE VERIFICATION UPON DELIVERY

Alcohol shipments require age verification upon delivery. The courier may request a valid ID to confirm the recipient is of legal drinking age.
