RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS OF ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS
Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on alcoholic products unless the goods were damaged during shipping.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery, including detailed photographs of the package and the damage. Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will issue a full refund, as we do not offer replacements.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be processed within 20 working days from the confirmation of damage. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
LIMITATIONS ON RETURNS FOR ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS
We do not accept returns of alcoholic products based on personal taste preferences or a change of mind after purchase.
